I have always loved the song "Make You Feel My Love". Written by Bob Dylan (whose version is pretty great) and made even more amazing by Adele, this song has always been a lover's song to me. A proclamation of all of the things one person will do for another so they know how much they are loved. It is a wonderful song with such touching sentiment. 

I now see this song in a completely different light. 

I would do anything to make sure Alden knows how much and how unconditionally he is loved. 

This is my promise to both of my boys:

Nicholas & Alden, 

I will do everything I can, every day, to make sure you know how much you are adored. I cannot imagine my life without you and am so lucky to have been given two such beautiful souls to spend my life with. You make me happy to wake up in the morning and grateful every night before I go to bed.
